The Racial Justice Network’s Unlearning Racism initiative is an initiative aimed at striving for collective liberation guided by people of colour*.

It begins with an eight-module training course designed by the Racial Justice Network but aimed at a white audience. This work of unlearning is intended to ready the participants to take action in dismantling white supremacist structures, supporting each other as part of a collective.

* We acknowledge the risks that come with using labels and particular terminology, such as “white”, “people of colour”, or BME (Black and Minority Ethnic). We recognize these terms can alienate people and can reinforce systems of racialization, and strive to use terminology with care.
